STRATEGY
Our strategy projects are prompted by different reasons. Some are driven by a supplier contract coming to an end, or even one which is “in distress”. Some are driven by ageing aircraft whilst others are simply down to our customers’ regular strategic planning cycle. DELIVERY
We have advised on and helped manage many change projects. These have included designing role fits, cabin interiors, mission systems and fresh new liveries and paint schemes. We have undertaken acceptances on both new and pre-owned helicopters and managed the other aspects of support including changes in personnel under TUPE, training, setting up new procedures, drafting manuals and obtaining new regulatory approvals. We have also provided interim post-holders as part of the AOC change (MOC) process.
